Enjoy exclusive access to the pool throughout your stay. Please swim responsibly; there is no lifeguard.

A spacious main living room with a 65‑inch TV and music system, plus a first‑floor lounge.
Fresh-air moments
Unwind on the large lawn, relax in the gazebo, or take in mountain views from three balconies and sit‑outs.
Dining & kitchen
A dining table for 10 and a well‑equipped kitchen. A ₹2,500 kitchen charge applies if you choose to cook.
Considered comforts
A gated community, caretaker, exterior CCTV, generator backup and parking for up to 10 cars. Backup power may take a moment to activate.

How many guests can stay?
The villa can comfortably accommodate approximately 30–35 guests. For groups of more than 15, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What is the Big Boss‑style room?
It is a large shared room with five queen beds, a 10‑seater sofa, TV, music system and two private bathrooms. It is available for groups of more than 8 guests.
Is the swimming pool private?
Yes, the pool is exclusively yours for your stay. There is no lifeguard on the premises, so please use it at your own risk and supervise children closely.
Can we cook or arrange meals?
Meal packages, starters and barbecue options are available at an additional cost. A ₹2,500 kitchen charge applies if you wish to cook. Please contact us for menu details and pricing.
What is included in guest access?
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property for their stay, except the staff quarter. A caretaker is available to assist you, and floor mattresses can be requested.
